The latest firmware file can be downloaded from
http://support.dell.com.
Make sure a suitable firmware file is copied to your computer
before performing this operation.
Connect your Dell DJ Ditty to your computer.

Run the firmware update program and click the Next

Be sure to backup all the files and music tracks on your Dell
DJ Ditty before performing this step.
Check the "Format Data Area" option and click the Start

After the firmware upgrade is complete, disconnect your
