1 Open the Windows Task Manager, [Ctrl-Alt-Del] and select
the Processes tab.
2 Highlight mmjb.exe [if it exists] and press the End Processes
button [press OK to the pop up dialog].
3 Highlight mim.exe and press the End Processes button [press
OK to the pop up dialog].
