1. Rear brake lever
The rear brake lever is located on the
left handlebar grip. To apply the rear
brake, pull this lever toward the han-
dlebar grip.

Fuel and 2-stroke engine oil
tank caps
The fuel tank cap and the 2-stroke en-
gine oil tank cap are located under the
seat. (See page 3-9.)
Fuel tank cap
To remove the fuel tank cap

2. Fuel tank cap lock lever
Lift the fuel tank cap lock lever and
then turn it from the "LOCK" position
to the "OPEN" position. The fuel tank
cap can then be removed.
To install the fuel tank cap
Insert the fuel tank cap into the tank
opening with the mark on the cap and
EAUT1031
fuel fi ller aligned. Turn the lever to
the "LOCK" position, and then push it
down.
Make sure that the fuel tank cap is
properly closed and locked before
riding. Leaking fuel is a fi re hazard.

2-stroke engine oil tank cap

1. 2-stroke engine oil tank cap
Remove the 2-stroke engine oil tank
cap by turning it counterclockwise.
Install the 2-stroke engine oil tank cap
by turning it clockwise.
