Ste p Se que nce r Edit
Creating yo ur o wn Step Sequencer patterns is a simple
and straig htfo rward pro cess. W hen the [EDIT RO T ARY]
switch is set to the SEQ EDIT/ SETUP menu, each
CO N TRO L kno b is used to edit N o te, Velo city, G ate Time
and Co ntro l Chang e values fo r a sing le step.
First decide the Base Unit and L eng th fo r the sequence
pattern. Then, editing each step is simple.
Each kno b as po sitio ned o n the panel (1 -8 ) relates to the
co rrespo nding sequence step (either 1 -8 o r 9 -1 6 ,
respectively). Press 1 -8 / 9 -1 6 [UP/ DO W N ] to to g g le back
and fo rth between which series o f steps are available fo r
data entry using the eig ht CO N TRO L kno bs.

Simply pressing a CO N TRO L kno b will display the
currently selected step and Kno b Event parameter name,
as well as the current parameter value setting , in the L CD.
T urning a kno b will edit the value.

SEQ EDIT/ SETUP menu and press Event [UP/ DO W N ].
