Title:
The System Tries to Power on Before iRMC is Ready

Problem:
When the power is connected to the PRIMERGY server, the system tries to start before
the Fujitsu Integrated Remote Management Controller (iRMC) is ready. This is indicated
by the fans speeding up to the maximum as soon as the power is connected. The iRMC
takes about two minutes to boot up, then you see the display on the screen indicating
POST and the fans slow down to normal speed.
This is not expected behavior. The iRMC should boot up first indicated by a stable
power LED. The system can then be started using the power switch (or remotely using
the iRMC interface).
Solution / Workaround:
This issue is resolved by the following procedure:
