18. Install the center deck cover to the cutting unit.
19. Using the dimensions shown in
and drill a 2.2 cm (0.875 inch) diameter hole in the
front of the right castor bracket.

20. Mount the tie-down bracket to the right rear corner of
the cutting unit with 3 carriage bolts (5/16 x 1 inch)
(Figure 13) into each of the new

and 5/16 lock nuts. Position the bracket as shown in
Figure 15. The bolt heads are to be positioned inside
the cutting unit.

21. Secure the belt cover mounting bracket to the inside of
the front grass deflector pivot bracket with 2 capscrews
(5/16 x 1 inch) and 5/16 lock nuts. Position the
bracket as shown in

22. Position the smaller V-belt around the smaller sheave
of the new spindle pulley
23. Re-install the castor arm to the cutting unit with the
fasteners previously removed.
24. Slide the blower assembly onto the cutting unit while
inserting the adjustable clamp rods into the hole in the
front of the castor bracket and in the tie-down bracket.
