Before first use
Heating up the oven for the
first time and rinsing the steam
injection system
New ovens may have a slight odor
when they are heated up for the first
time. Heating up the oven for at least an
hour with nothing in it will eliminate the
odor. It is a good idea to rinse out the
steam injection system at the same
time.
Ensure that the kitchen is well
ventilated while the appliance is being
heated up for the first time.
Close doors to other rooms to prevent
the odor spreading throughout the
house.
Remove any adhesive labels or
protective films from the ovens and
accessories.
Before heating the oven up, wipe the
interior with a damp cloth to remove
any dust or bits of packaging that
may have accumulated in the oven
compartment.
Insert the FlexiClips with Wire Rack
into the side racks and place all trays
and wire racks in the oven.
Heating the oven for the first time
Operate first the top and then the
bottom oven one after the other.
Turn the oven on using the On/Off
button.
The main menu for the top oven will
appear.

350°F (160°C) will appear as a
recommended value.
Set the highest possible temperature.

The oven heating, lighting, and cooling
fan will turn on.
After a short time, a burst of steam will
be released automatically.
Risk of injury caused by steam.
The steam escaping is very hot.
Do not open the door when the burst
of steam is being released.
Select the Bottom sensor button.
The main menu for the bottom oven
will appear.

Convection Bake
375°F (160°C) will appear as a
recommended value.
The oven heating, lighting, and cooling
fan will turn on.
Set the highest possible temperature.
Confirm with OK.
Heat up both ovens for at least an
hour.
After at least an hour, turn the oven
off with the On/Off button.
