    Making a Call 1. In standby mode, press the Number keys to enter a phone number. To make an international call, press the * key twice to enter a plus sign  (+), and then enter the country or region code, area code, and phone number in sequence.

    PIN and PUK The personal identification number (PIN) protects your Smart card from unauthorized use. The PIN Unlock Key (PUK) is used to unlock a blocked PIN. If you enter wrong PINs three times consecutively, the phone prompts you to enter the PUK.

    Install and run the dial-up connection application on the phone to set up  a dial-up connection. For details, see the help information about the phone. Note When setting up a dial-up connection, you need to enter your user name and password.
