Press the On/Off key for at least two
seconds.
Charge battery. If the AC adapter and
USB cable are properly connected,
then will be displayed on the status
bar.
Make sure phone is charging at a
normal temperature.
Check the AC adapter and USB cable
and its connection to the phone.
Plug the AC adapter and USB cable
into a different outlet.
Replace the AC adapter or USB cable.
Use only original LG AC adapter and
USB cable.
Delete some data, such as applications
or messages from your phone to make
more memory available.
Check the supported file formats.
