Complete remote control functionality
Full remote control of M/E banks is possible by
connecting the BKDS-2010 as a subpanel to the
switcher.
Further, key adjustment (such as chroma key) can be
performed with the optional BKDS-7060 Keyer
Remote Control Panel. Remote control of the AUX
bus, shot box, etc. is also possible.

Processor accessories
BKDS-7103 12 Input Serial Digital Board
Provides input of serial digital signals for either
composite or component signal systems. Up to three
boards, each in combination with a BKDS-7110 board,
can be installed in the switcher.
BKDS-7110 Blank Input Adaptor Board
Can accept up to 12 BKDS-7111/7113 boards.
When BKDS-7111 boards are attached: becomes
an NTSC analog composite input adaptor board,
for use in composite systems.
When BKDS-7113 boards are attached: becomes a
serial digital input adaptor board, for use in
composite or component systems.
When both BKDS-7111 and BKDS-7113 boards
are attached: becomes an input adaptor board for
the simultaneous input of both serial digital
signals and NTSC analog composite signals, for
use in composite systems.
When used in combination with the BKDS-7103, up to
three BKDS-7110 boards can be installed in the
switcher.
BKDS-BKDS-7111 Analog Composite Input
Board
When attached to the BKDS-7110, forms an NTSC
analog composite input adaptor board. One BKDS-
7111 board provides input capability for one channel.
BKDS-7113 Serial Digital Input Board
When attached to the BKDS-7110, forms a serial
digital input adaptor board. One BKDS-7113 board
provides input capability for one channel.
BKDS-7133 Chromakey Analog Component
Input Board
Provides input capability for foreground chroma key
signals, for use in composite or component systems.
One BKDS-7133 board provides input capability for
two channels of either RGB or Y/R–Y/B–Y signals.
Up to two of these boards can be installed in the
switcher.
BKDS-7161 Analog Composite Output Board
Provides output capability for NTSC analog composite
signals, for use in composite systems. One BKDS-
7161 board provides output capability for one channel.
Up to 20 of these boards can be installed in the
switcher.
BKDS-7163 Serial Digital Output Board
Provides output capability for serial digital signals, for
use in composite or component systems. One BKDS-
7163 board provides output capability for one channel.
Up to 20 of these boards can be installed in the
switcher.
BKDS-7250 PP/DSK Board
Provides a PGM/PST bank and two downstream key
channels.
This board is required when using the 2.5-M/E panel.
This board cannot be used with the 2-M/E panel.
BKDS-7270 Key Border Board
Provides border functions for keyers. You can install
up to three boards, each in combination with a BKDS-
7271 board, to add functionality to the two M/E banks
and one downstream keyer (DSK) block, that is, one
board is required to add functionality to the two keyers
of an M/E bank or the two downstream keyers of the
DSK block.
BKDS-7271 Fine Key/Key Border Board
Allows a keyer to add borders and also enables the
TM
FineKey
function. You can install up to three boards,
each in combination with a BKDS-7270 board, to add
functionality to the two M/E banks and one
downstream keyer (DSK) block, that is, one board is
required to add functionality to the two keyers of an
M/E bank or the two downstream keyers of the DSK
block.
