out of range from
the router.
Solution
Select Complete function, and adjust
in manual mode to a lower setting or
choose Continunous operation for
maximum dryness.
The higher the moisture in the room air,
the longer it takes for the room air to
become dry.
Air flow to air intake is blocked. See "4.1
Selecting a Location".
Unit will not operate satisfactorily if the
room temperature is below 5°C (41°F).
See "4.2 How it Works".
Refer to causes under "Dehumldifier runs
too much".
This is normal due to refrigerant rushing
through the coil. Frost will usually
disappear within 60 minutes.
All models will operate satisfactorily at
temperatures greater than 5°C (41°F).
Check that the router is ON and if other
connected devices are working. If the
router was OFF, turn it ON and wait for a
few minutes and check again.
Try to restart the router by unplugging
and plugging the router. Wait a few
minutes and check again.
Try moving the unit closer to the router.
Make sure your unit is within 10 meters
range from your router and with not too
many walls in between.
Connect your unit to the 2,4 GHz band
on your WiFi router when onboarding
instead of the 5 GHz band. This will give
a stronger and longer range signal.
