If TV is not connected to the network
Connect to the network and update to the latest software or check the model name of your 8K TV at www.lg.com
and download and install the latest software.
▪ A malfunction may occur if your TV is turned off during the download.
▪ Once you successfully update the software, turn off the 8K TV and turn it back on to ensure a
stable operation.
Updating the 8K Upgrader Software
If the 8K Upgrader software needs to be updated separately, a message will appear on the 8K TV as below.

[There is an update file for 8K upgrader. The 8K content can not be played while updating 8K
Upgrader. Do you want to update now?]

[* Please do not turn off TV or disconnect from the 8K Upgrader.]
Once the update is complete, a message will appear as below.
[8K Upgrader update has been completed. You can enjoy 8K contents.]
