    Chapter 1 On Installing typeS Controller The CPU module of the Unified Controller Vm series typeS combines a controller function specialized for high-speed sequence control and a computer function as an execution environment for user applications. There are two types of CPU modules: PUB11 and PUB21.

    Ideally, the controller unit should be grounded separately from the power system, and ground two or more controller units should be grounded at one point. The unified controller Vm series is designed to withstand noise in consideration of actual application, and the equipment itself has sufficient noise resistance. However, grounding is very important to maintain the system safety and ensure stable system operation.
