The nameplate of the servo-hydraulic actuator CytroForce-M Integrated is pro-
vided under the hood. To see it you have to remove the top plastic cover of the
hood.

Nameplates of main components

The description of nameplates of the main components such as motor-pump
group, drive controller, etc. can be found in the relevant instructions, see also
⮫ Chapter 1.2 "Required and supplementary documentation" on page 5.
For queries with regard to the servo-hydraulic actuator and its main compo-
nents you have to indicate the material numbers and the fabrication numbers.
You should preferably take photographs of the nameplates and send them to
Bosch Rexroth.

Technical interfaces

5.3.1

Mechanical interfaces

The mechanical interfaces of the servo-hydraulic linear actuator are the cou-
pling of the cylinder piston to the machining tool as well as the coupling to the
mounting face of the complete production machine; see ⮫ Chapter 7.5.2
"Mechanical mounting" on page 39. The interfaces are also shown on the
installation drawing.

Electrical interfaces

Communication
In the standard version of the drive controller the control section is provided
with a Multi-Ethernet communication module.
With the Multi-Ethernet communication module (ET), drive controllers can be
integrated in various Ethernet field bus systems.
The following Ethernet field bus systems are available:
● Sercos III
● EtherCAT
● EtherNet/IP
● PROFINET IO
Further optional field bus systems on request.
Selection and acknowledgement
The discrete selection and acknowledgement is handled via digital inputs and
outputs of the safety zone module HSZ01. The safe selection can optionally be
made via "one channel" or "two channels".
The discrete selection and acknowledgement are described in detail in the
application manual "Rexroth IndraDrive Integrated Safety Technology "Safe
Motion" (as of MPx-18)", 911338920, see also chapter 7.1.
Safe bus communication
For this purpose, the standard protocol of the respective master communica-
tion is extended by a safe protocol. Thus, safe information can be transmitted
to and from a safety master, besides standard communication.
The following Ethernet field bus systems are available:
● CIP Safety on Sercos (as of firmware version MPx18VRS)
● Safety over EtherCAT (as of firmware version MPx20VRS)
● PROFIsafe on PROFINET (as of firmware MPx20VRS)
