5.9.1

Threaded holes in MAF180 motor housing

The MAF180 is provided with M5 threaded holes centrally along the longitudi‐
nal sides on the motor housing profile. After having mounted the motor, these
threaded holes can be used as required.
However, there are the following restrictions:
● The maximum allowed screw-in depth is 10 mm.
● The maximum allowed tightening torque is 5.5...6 Nm (with a screw-in
depth of 8-10 mm and screws of property class 8.8).
