Attendant or you call

1. Press a key to begin recording, if
instructed to do so. Otherwise, just start
speaking after the tone.
2. When done, hang up or press # to return
to the Automated Attendant.
1. Access the Distribution Mailbox.
See the System Administrator.
2. Start recording after the tone.
3. When done, hang up.
NVM-Series distributes the message to
each mailbox on the Distribution List.
For another method, see page 40.
If you hear their greeting or:
At the tone you can leave a message:
1. Start speaking after the tone.
2. When you are done, hang up.
3. If you get no-answer, busy tone, or fast
busy tone (signifying Do Not Disturb):
i-Series: Press VM key or dial 8.
DS1000/2000: Press MW.
ONYX/DS01: Press Message key.
If no key, dial 6. If there is no key,
you cannot leave a message at a
DND ext.
Portrait 308/824: Dial 3.
4. Leave a message after the tone.
5. Hang up.
