Before requesting service, please perform the
following steps.
∫ Unit does not respond to remote
control or unit's buttons.
Disconnect AC adaptor, wait 1 minute, then
reconnect AC adaptor.

Select "Yes" in "Restore Default Settings" in
the Setup menu. (

Reset the unit as follows:
1 While the unit is on

Change the remote control code of other
Panasonic products to other than code 1.
The TV tuner mode is not displayed when the
TV is turned on.
This phenomenon may occur, depending on
the TV setting, when "Quick Start" is set to
"On".
Depending on the TV, this phenomenon may
be prevented by reconnecting the HDMI cable
to a different HDMI input terminal or by
changing the HDMI auto connection setting.
This unit is turned off automatically.
To save on electricity, this unit is turned off
automatically if there is no button operation
for about 20 minutes when not playing back
(such as when paused or displaying the
menu, displaying still pictures, etc.).
