Installing and using the keyboard

Before installation, place the keyboard on a stable surface, as shown in the following figure.
Hold both sides of the computer with your hands and align the 2-in-1 keyboard port on the
computer with the port on the keyboard's notch. The computer and keyboard will then
automatically connect magnetically.
Only some product models come with the keyboard.

The hinge on the keyboard can only be turned outwards. Forcibly turning the hinge

inwards may damage the keyboard.
The following figures use the HUAWEI Smart Magnetic Keyboard (compatible with

HUAWEI MateBook E) as an example. The support angle of the keyboard is different
from that of the HUAWEI Glide Keyboard (compatible with HUAWEI MateBook E). The
actual support angle shall prevail.
