Rinse the water tank and the jar thoroughly with fresh water several times.

Fill the tank with 200ml water and let the appliance complete a steaming process of 20
minutes with the empty jar before you use the appliance with food again.

Leave the lid of the filling opening open to prevent bacterial growth.

Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste at the end of its life, but
hand it in at an official collection point for recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the
environment.
Storage

Empty the water tank before you store the appliance.

Make sure all parts are clean and dry before you store the appliance (see chapter 'Cleaning').

Store the appliance with the blade unit in the jar to prevent damage.

The jar is not properly
placed on the motor
unit.
Solution
Assemble all parts properly. See chapter 'Using the
appliance'.
Put the plug in the wall socket.
Place the jar properly on the motor unit.
