The printer is searching for SSID, unset IP address, or having a problem with a wireless (Wi-Fi) network.

    User's Guide Printer Basics Entering Characters On-screen Keyboard You can enter characters and symbols by using on-screen keyboard when you make network settings and so on. Indicates the character count. Moves the cursor to the input position. Switches between upper case and lower case. Switches the character type.

    User's Guide Printer Basics The on-screen keypad makes it easier to enter larger numbers. When entering a smaller number, use +/- buttons. Deletes the entered number to the left. Clears the entered number. Confirms the entered numbers and closes the on-screen keypad. Note: Press the button to cancel entering and close the on-screen keypad.

Wi-Fi Connection Connect the printer and the computer or smart device to the wireless router.     Access the following website, and then enter the product name. Go to Setup, and then start setting up. http://epson.sn ❏ Setting up using the software disc (only for the models that come with a software disc and users with Windows computers with disc drives.)

    You can use the printer from a smart device when you connect the printer to the same Wi-Fi network (SSID) as the smart device. To use the printer from a smart device, set up from the following website. Access to the website from the smart device that you want to connect to the printer. http://epson.sn > Setup Note: If you want to connect a computer and a smart device to the printer at the same time, we recommend setting up from the computer first by using the installer.

Install Epson iPrint on the smart device in advance. Note: You only need to make these settings for the printer and the smart device that you want to connect to once.
