Fitting The Monitor - Pioneer R7 Instructions For Assembly And Use

Plug the unit into a wall socket with an
EARTH terminal. Set switch (L) to
Position [1].
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
The assistance of a second person
is advisable for the assembly work.
Take the unit out of the box and place
it on the floor as shown in Fig.1.
Make sure that all of the pieces are
there: (1) Main structure; (4) side bar
(left); (8) Side bar (right); (15) Allen
screw M8x15; (9) Allen screw M8x60;
(7) Monitor; (40) Safety key; Allen key
5mm; Allen key 6mm; (80) Holder;
(90) Bottle of lubricant.
Follow the instructions step by step to
assemble:
1 First of all take the right side bar (8)
connect terminals (77) (78) Fig.2, then
insert the side bar (8) into the bottom
right-hand support on the structure
and use screws (15) (9).
2 Now take the left side bar (4) and
insert it into the bottom left-hand
support on the structure and use
screws (15) (9) to secure it.
3 At least two people are needed for this
step. When fitting the side bars, one
person should hold the side bar while
the other one fits the screws (15) (9).
This will prevent any possible accidents.

FITTING THE MONITOR:

4 Connect the control cable terminal
(79) Fig.3, coming out of the monitor, to
the control cable (77), sticking up from
the right-hand side bar (8), and insert
screws (15), making sure not to pinch
the cables, and screw in until hand tight.
Note: Make sure that the cables do
not become caught up when the unit is
folded. Tighten the 4 screws (15) fully.
FOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
This treadmill is equipped with a
folding mechanism
purposes. To use it, stop the treadmill,
lower the elevation level to minimum,
unplug the mains cable and lift the unit
until you hear lever (O) click into
place, Fig.4. Store your unit in a dry
place, preferably
changes in temperature.
ATTENTION: Cylinder (73) Fig 4 is
factory set to high pressure so it must
not be knocked. If it is knocked this
may damage
operation of the treadmill.
Insert the pins of the holder (80) into
the holes of the monitor (7), Fig. 3.
UNFOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
If you wish to use the treadmill, do the
reverse procedure. Use your to press
lever (O) in the direction of the arrow
as shown in Fig.4 and slowly lower the
treadmill belt down to the floor. When
folding or unfolding the treadmill make
sure that there are no children about

folding motion.
