    Getting started Location Important Do not place your PIP1500, PIP1500-2, PIP1500-3 or PIP1500-4 in the bathroom or other humid areas. Place your units within reach of the AC power outlet and wall socket. The socket-outlet should be installed near the equipment and should be easily accessible.

Press and hold Plug the DC plug of the power adapter into the power socket on the side of the parent unit and plug the other end of the AC adapter into the wall socket.

    Getting to know your baby monitor Overview of your baby (camera) unit High intensity infrared LEDs behind the black lens Picks up clear images in the dark when the built-in photo sensor detects a low level of ambient light, the screen on the parent unit will turn black and white. The night vision icon will be displayed at the top of the LCD screen.

    Help No display • Try recharging the battery pack. • Reset the parent and baby (camera) units. Unplug both units from the wall socket, then plug them back in. • Check if the parent/baby (camera) unit is powered on. • Press and hold the power button on the parent unit to switch it on.
