How to open to 180 degree (flat position):
1. Use the handle to open the unit and create a angle 110°as pic1, press the top cover to level
with handle as pic2, then press the handle & top cover to flat position as Pic3;
2. Pls open the top plate to 180 degree (flat position) before preheat.
