    Chapter1 Overview 1.1 RX300 S3 This server has the following features. ■ High Reliability ● Advanced Memory Protection Function The server supports the Chipkill function using PC2-4200F (DDRII 533) compliant memory (Fully Buffered DIMM). Also, memory mirroring function is supported to enable data recovery in the event of a memory error.

    Chapter 3 OS Installation Using ServerStart 3.1 Guided Mode In guided mode, follow the wizard to specify hardware configuration and the OS to be installed, save the information necessary for installation in a configuration file, and install the OS. 3.1.1 Starting Up the Guided Mode Start up the guided mode.

When configuring a domain controller, refer to "Using ServerStart to Configure the Network". The setup window differs depending on the OS to be installed. The following describes operations on Windows Server 2003 R2.
