Making calls
If the display backlight is deactivated, it can
be reactivated by pressing any key.
Making external calls
External calls are calls using the public tele-
phone network and the Internet.
Prerequisite:
One MSN is assigned to the desktop phone
as a send connection (

Enter the number and pick up
the receiver.

Instead of picking up the receiver (c icon),
you can also press the handsfree key d

If "line selection" is assigned to the desktop
phone instead of a send connection (setting:
Select at each call), the list of configured
connections (MSNs) is displayed once the
receiver is picked up.

dialling operation.
Making internal calls
If you have handsets registered to the desk-
top phone, you can make internal calls free
of charge.

Accepting a call
An incoming call is indicated in three ways:
by ringing, by a display on the screen and by
the flashing handsfree key d.
