the input signal to this terminal becomes active
( T T L level : ' H ' ) .
The event input count operation is forced to
terminate if the input signal to t h i s terminal
becomes inactive ( T T L level : ' L ' ) . The event
input count operation is also disabled if
terminal is grounded to the chassis ground.
