Before first use, clean the device by wiping with a moist, non-abrasive sponge, towel
or cloth and then dry the device completely.
1. Use customary chocolate coating or special chocolate fountain chocolate from
specialty stores since it is more pourable than conventional chocolate.
2. When using conventional chocolate, vegetable oil must be added to ensure ease
of flowing. This chocolate fountain is designed for approximately 350 g melted
chocolate coating.
3. Place the device on a heat resistant and level surface.
4. Put the Auger onto Retaining Pin 8.
5. The tower1 and tiers2 are not detachable, put the tower onto bowel, part 10 is fixed on 9.
6. Plug the power plug into a readily accessible outlet.
7. Set the ON/OFF switch 6 to position HEAT. The indicator lamp lights up. Preheat
the device at least 15-20 Minutes prior to use.
8. Pour the melted chocolate coating into the filling trough. Do not overfill! Add some
vegetable oil if the melted chocolate is too thick.
9. Set the ON/OFF switch 6 to position FLOW. The conveyor screw begins to
move. The chocolate is transported upward through the cylinder and flows down
over the umbrellas into the filling trough.
10. Dip foods with skewers into the melted chocolate.
11. You can dip di erent fruits. Depending on the season and your preference, into the
melted chocolate. You can also dip biscuits, marshmallows or the like.
12. Use long wooden skewers or the like for dipping the foods.
13. After using the device, set the ON/OFF switch to position OFF.
14. Clean the device immediately and pour out excess chocolate
