WATER KETTLE SAFETY
21. The Electric Kettle is only to be used with the stand
provided.
22. The Electric Kettle should only be used to heat water.
23. Do not use the Electric Kettle with a loose or weakened
handle.
24. Do not clean Electric Kettle with abrasive cleaners,
steel wool, or other abrasive materials.
25. To prevent damage to the appliance, do not use
alkaline cleaning agents when cleaning; instead use a
soft cloth and a mild detergent.
26. Do not overfill Electric Kettle. If the Electric kettle is
overfilled, boiling water may be ejected.
27. Do not operate the Electric Kettle on an inclined plane.
28. Do not operate the kettle unless the element is fully
immersed.
29. Do not move while the kettle is switched on.
30. Do not use the Electric kettle without lid properly
closed. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during
the brewing process.
31. Never pour water on hot or burning fat.
32. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
33. This appliance is intended to be used in household and
similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and
other working environments
- farm houses
- by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential
- type environments
- bed and breakfast type environments.
