The safety signal word designates the degree or level of hazard seriousness.
DANGER: Indicates an imminently hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or
serious injury.
WARNING: Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or
serious injury.
CAUTION: Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in minor or
moderate injury.
CAUTION: Used without the safety alert symbol indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided,
may result in property damage.
WARNING: To prevent personal injury and/or property damage,
● Study, understand, and follow all instructions before operating this device.
● Wear eye protection that meets OSHA and ANSI Z87.1 standards.
● Only qualified personnel shall perform inspections and repairs to this device.
● Before using device, inspect for bends, cracks, dents, elongated holes, or missing
hardware. If damage is found, discontinue use.
● Ensure skids are at the same height and level to promote an even load distribution
of the vehicle onto the cart.
● Do not use an impact driver to adjust height. Damage to adjoining knuckle joints
could occur.
● Do not exceed the rated capacity of this device.
● Use only on a hard, level surface.
● Do not use brake handle to move cart around.
● Do not raise or move a load having a center of gravity extending beyond the
wheels. Tipping can result in personal injury.
● Move cart slowly and carefully when transporting a load.
● Keep body parts clear when cart is under a load.
● No alterations shall be made to this product as this will void the warranty and
increase the risk of personal injury.
● The stability of the cart is reduced significantly when fully collapsed. Slowly and
carefully maneuver cart to a safe storage location.
● Never carry any load with the cart in the collapsed position or at any time when the
quick release pins are in their storage holes.
● Follow all scheduled maintenance and replacement part guidelines.
● Use only those repair parts called out in the parts list in this document. Items
found in the parts list have been carefully tested and selected.
