    Getting Started Pairing and connecting The device is ready to be paired via Bluetooth, when it is powered on for the first time. Download and install the latest version of the Health app. Make sure that you are using one of the following devices, with Bluetooth and location services enabled: Phones: HarmonyOS 2/Android 6.0/iOS 9.0 or later (Some devices, such as the need to be paired with a phone running iOS 12 or later).

    Remove the watch and disconnect the power adapter after the watch is fully charged and the charging icon displays 100%. You are advised to use a Huawei charger or a non-Huawei charger that complies with • corresponding regional or national laws and regulations as well as regional and international safety standards to charge your watch.

    Exercise Starting a workout Starting a workout on your watch Enter the app list of your watch and touch Workout. Select the workout you want to do or your preferred course. Alternatively, swipe up on the screen and touch Custom to add other workout modes. Touch the Start icon to start a workout session.
