User Guide
Context
After the BTS3900E is unpacked, it must be powered on in 24 hours. If the BTS3900E should
be powered off for maintenance, the duration of the power-off state cannot exceed 24 hours.
Procedure
Step 1 Set the corresponding MCB on the auxiliary power device of the BTS3900E to ON.
Do not look into the optical module after the BTS3900E is powered on.
Step 2 Wait three to five minutes, and then check the states of the LEDs on the BTS3900E. For the
indications of different LED states, see
Step 3 Take corresponding actions based on the LED state.
