Configuration

The configuration can be selected in the "Mode" menu
when the battery is connected, or via the
key if the battery is not connected ("
connected
" appears on the TFT display).
The procedure to be followed when the battery is
disconnected:
1. Switch on the BAT 690 (fig. 1, item 1).
 The red LED flashes (fig. 1, item 7).

Parameters

The "Parameters" menu can be used to enter
customer-specific parameters for 12 V and 24 V
batteries in the "Buffer" and "Back-up" modes and to
select the length of the connected charging cable.

Buffer/back-up mode parameters

Incorrect parameter values (excessively high
values) may destroy the battery and the vehicle.
When operating an LFP battery in buffer mode, the
instructions of the battery manufacturer must be
observed.
The "Buffer/back-up mode" parameter set displays
e.g. the following.
The following parameters can be selected in buffer
mode:
Storage battery
Voltage
12 V
11 V – 14,2 V
24 V
22 V – 28,4 V
The following parameters can be selected in back-up
mode:
Storage battery

11 V – 14,2 V
