To record and send a message to a co-worker:
1. Press
Push Rec.

3. Record your message and do one of the following:
– Push Done.
– Push Pauseand Resumeto pause and resume your recording.
– Push Cnclto cancel your recording without sending it.
Enter the message recipient's mailbox number.

5. Do one of the following:
After pushing Sendto send your message, do one of the following:

– Enter another mailbox number and return to step 5.
– Push Exitto exit the recording mode.

Cascading Message Notification

To be notified at up to five destinations (e.g., your pager, cell phone, or home office) when you
have new messages:
(This feature requires IntraMail Pro. Standard IntraMail provides a single destination.)
Part A: Enable Notification

Push Phoneto select Message Notification.

– Push Onto turn notification on.
– Push Offto turn notification off.
– Push Destto set up your notification destinations.
– Push Backto exit without changing the current setting.
