Due to the spherical shape of the powder grains it will make any spillage on the floor very
slippery.
Remove spilt powder immediately with a vacuum cleaner or wipe it up with a damp cloth to pre-
vent slippery floors and skidding risk.
Do NOT use an ordinary vacuum cleaner to clean up powder. ONLY use ATEX certified, or
equivalent, vacuum cleaners, metal powder may contain fine particles that can be ignited due to
static charges.
The user is responsible for mapping out personal risks as to falling, slipping, stumbling and to
handle these risks according to the local working environment laws and regulations.

Wash hands thoroughly after powder handling, before meals, before breaks and at the end of the
working day.

Keep the powder in tightly closed metal containers. To protect the powder
from moisture condensation, D D O O N N O O T T break the seals of new powder con-
tainers u u n n t t i i l l :
• it has reached room temperature.

Store powder containers at a room temperature between 1 1 5 5 t t o o 2 2 5 5 ° ° C C (59
to 77 °F) with a relative humidity (RH) b b e e l l o o w w 5 5 0 0 % % . Ensure adequate venti-
lation when handling powder, read more in the Pre-Installation Guide.
