Exhaust air connection

 If necessary, install the non-return
flap. Make sure that the flap opens
easily and can also close again by
itself.
On the DA 2210, one non-return flap
is used in each of the two exhaust
connectors.
 Attach the exhaust duct, e.g. a
flexible hose, to the exhaust collar
using a hose clamp (available as an
optional accessory). If using 
5" (125 mm) ducting, insert the
supplied reducing collar into the
exhaust collar (see "Exhaust duct").

 Place the exhaust duct on the hood's
exhaust connector.
 See "Exhaust duct" for additional
instructions on installing the ducting.
 DA 2210: The hood has two exhaust
connectors for use with two 
6" (150 mm) exhaust ducts. The hood
comes with a "Y" adapter that can be
used to feed the exhaust air from
both connectors to a single 
8" (200 mm) duct.
