HANDLE FLUIDS SAFELY AVOID FIRES
Handle fuel with care; it is highly flammable. If fuel ignites,
an explosion and/or a fire may occur, possibly resulting in
serious injury or death.
• Do not refuel the rigid dump truck while smoking or when
near open flame or sparks.
• Always stop the engine before refueling the rigid dump
truck.
• Fill the fuel tank outdoors.
All fuels, most lubricants, and some coolants are flammable.
• Store flammable fluids well away from fire hazards.
• Do not incinerate or puncture pressurized containers.
• Do not store oily rags; they can ignite and burn
spontaneously. Discard them into a sealed, fire resistant
container.
• Securely tighten the fuel and oil filler caps.
