ADJUSTING THE RIDER SEAT HEIGHT

1. Check:
• Rider seat height
TIP
• The rider seat height can be adjusted to one of
two positions to suit the rider's preference.
• The rider seat height was adjusted to the lower
position at delivery.

a. Low position
b. High position
2. Remove:
• Passenger seat
• Rider seat
Refer to "GENERAL CHASSIS" on page 4-1.
3. Remove:
• Rider seat height position adjuster "1"
TIP
Remove the rider seat height position adjuster
by pulling it upward.

To change to the high position
a. Move the rider seat holder cover "1" to the
lower position as shown.

b. Install the rider seat height position adjuster
"2" so that the "H" mark "a" is aligned with the
match mark "b".

c. Insert the projection "c" on the front of the rid-
er seat into seat holder (for high position) "3"
as shown.

d. Align the high position projection "d" on the
bottom of the rider seat with the "H" position
slot "e", and then push the rear of the seat
down to lock it in place as shown.
