4 Shake the newly installed drum cartridge and toner cartridge assembly horizontally for 2 to 3
seconds to prevent toner from accumulating.
5 Tilt and install the new drum cartridge and toner cartridge assembly toward the bottom (align the
metal and plastic heads on the left and right sides of the drum cartridge with the two vertical
slots on the inner wall of the printer, and install them in a downwards motion), and press down
on the top cover to close it.
