2 Operation 2.1 Cooking Before adding coffee, rinse at least four times with clean water. To obtain a tasty coffee, make sure that the inside of the coffee- making reservoir is dry and clean. If you notice agglomeration or dry coffee at the surface, it is recommended to stir the coffee mixture with a plastic or wo- oden spoon (do not use metal spoon) before starting to make the coffee. - Page 16 2 Operation For a tasty coffee, take the coffee pot (4) from the coffee pot base (2) without waiting! Pour coffee swiftly in order to ensure the foam and grounds are fully transferred to the coffee pot. Keep the start cooking button (1) pressed for 3 sec. to cancel cooking coffee for any reason.
