Solution
Wait about 20
seconds before using

plug and press the
steam button.
Fill the water resevoir
(by referring to "How to
fill water" on Page 15).
Use the product in the
correct direction.
Unblock the air vent
with a wooden or
bamboo toothpick.
Send your product to
an authorized service
center for inspection
and repair.
