Screen
Form of displaying logically associated process data which may be shown col-
lectively on the TP and modified individually.
Selection field
Field for the value setting of a parameter (one value can be selected as the de-
fault value).
Startup test
Checks the state of the CPU and memories every time the power supply volt-
age is turned on.
System message
Calls attention to internal states on the TP and on the PLC.

Touch Panel
An Operator Panel without a keyboard. A Touch Panel is operated by means of
its touch-sensitive screen.
