Connection with the remote controller fails
The remote controller is not displayed
z Check the distance between the remote controller and the
smartphone. If the distance is 10 m or more, the connection
fails.
z Make sure that the Bluetooth
your smartphone.
z Make sure that the remote controller to be connected is
equipped with the Bluetooth connection function. Refer to the
installation manual of the remote controller to check if it is
equipped with the Bluetooth connection function.
z Turn off the remote controller and the air conditioner, and
redo the connection procedure from the beginning.
z Make sure that this application is authorised to use the posi-
tional information and Bluetooth by your smartphone setting.
Sending of data, or loading of setting values fails
z Check the distance between the remote controller and the
smartphone. If the distance is 10 m or more, the connection
fails.
