N O T E
• Do not run the connecting cable for motion sensor kit and the power source cable in parallel. It may cause malfunction of motion sensor kit by
electrical noise.
• When the motion sensor kit is mounted with the indoor units installation, start from the procedure 2.
• When the motion sensor kit is mounted after the indoor units installation, be sure to turn off the power source completely before starting installation.
1 Removing corner pocket covers.
a. The corner pocket cover with motion sensor can be
attached to any of corners (4 directions,

). Determine the attaching place as user's request.
b. Remove the corner pocket covers and the corner pocket
cover with motion sensor. They can be removed pulling

part toward the arrow direction in the figure below.
2 Attachment of motion sensor Kit.
a. Catch the band at the rear side of the motion sensor kit
onto the projection at the air panel as shown in the figure
below.

N O T E
Catch securely the strap onto the projection. If not, the comer
pocket cover may fall down when removing it so that may cause
injury.
b. While pushing the wiring into the corner pocket, insert
the fixing hooks (2 portions) at
the air panel, and push the corner pocket cover toward

the arrow direction (
Then, insert the fixing hook (1 portion) at
square hole at the air panel.

N O T E
• Catch securely the fixing hooks of the corner pocket cover to
the air panel. If not, the fixing hooks is damaged.
• Check to ensure that the motion sensor kit is fixed securely.
