 Mix ½ cup (100 g) yogurt with 4 cups
(1 liter) of milk or make up the mixture
with yogurt starter powder, following
the instructions on the packaging.
 Pour the mixture into glass jars and
seal them.
 Place the jars in a cooking pan. En-

other.
 Immediately after the yogurt has been
made, place the jars in the refrigera-
tor, taking care not to move them un-
necessarily.
