Programme selector
On / Off Button
Start button
Switches "on" when the dishwasher is operating. Flashes when a
fault occurs. Switches off at the end of the programme.
START button RESET function:
Press this button for at least 2 seconds; the selected programme and
options are cancelled. Main failure displays (repeated flashing of the
START indicator lamp) can be cancelled by RESETTING. Detailed
instructions are given in chapter 5 "What to do, in the event of...".
Rinse aid level indicator and salt level indicator
These indicator lamps light up when rinse aid or salt need to be added.
Add just before starting a wash programme.

Time and failure display
With normal operation, the display indicates residual time (h:mm),
while with the"Delayed start" function selected it indicates time
remaining until the start of the programme (hh).
If "F.." appears on the display, see chapter 5 "What to do, in the
event of...".
Delayed start button
The wash cycle can be programmed to start after 1- 24 hours.
With each successive touch of the button, the delayed start
indicator increases by one hour and after 24 returns to 00. Then
press the START button. The dishwasher will start at the set time.
HalfLoad/Multizone button
Load the upper or lower rack only.
press once = wash upper rack (the indicator light/symbol lights up)
press twice = wash the lower rack (the indicator light/symbol lights up)
press 3 times = Off (Half load/Multizone deactivated).
When washing without the top rack, press the "Half load"
(i.e. "lower rack wash") button twice. The indicator light/
corresponding symbol lights up.
Power Clean
Intensive wash with additional water jets and greater loading
flexibility in the bottom rack.
Detergent setting upon initial use and when using a different type of detergent
1. Select the third programme in the relative table.
2. Press the START button for approx. 7 sec. to change the display.
3. Using the START button, select the desired detergent:
Display shows: 2 -1 = 2 in 1, 3 -1 = 3 in 1, 4 -1 = other combined action
detergents (in this way, the rinse aid and/or salt indicator is deactivated).
Display shows OFF = Powder detergent (factory setting).
(rinse aid level and salt level indicator activated).
4. Switch the appliance off and then switch it on again.
The selected detergent type will be indicated for approx. 3 sec..

    3. HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE PROGRAMME SELECTION Press the button “Select programme” or the programme selector to display the selected programme. The appliance must be switched on. If required, select possible options. The corresponding indicator lights up. The correct programme and the selectable functions are given in table 1.1 on page 1. Programme times stated in the table were obtained under normal conditions and may vary depending on conditions.

Removing the packaging and inspecting the contents After unpacking, make sure that the dishwasher is undamaged and that the door closes correctly. If in doubt, contact a qualified technician or your local retailer.

Possible causes/solutions ...are not perfectly clean/have food In the event of frequent use of the Eco programme 50°C residues (if available), from time to time select the intensive 70°C programme (if available). The spray arms must not be clogged, the filters must not be dirty and must be fitted correctly (see the instructions in “Maintenance and installation”).
