What happens if something goes wrong
If the oven does not come on when cooking manually, first check that the
programmer is set for manual, ie. in the ( \!!!l ) position.
If this is as it should be and the oven still does not come on:
a) Check that it is plugged in properly.
b) Check that the socket switch and/or switch from the supply to the oven are ON.
c) Replace the fuse in the plug, when present, with another of the appropriate rating
and check that this plug has been wired up properly.
d) Check that the socket, when present, is supplying power - do this by plugging in
another appliance that is known to be working properly.
e) Check that the fuse in the fuse box is intact.
If, after all these checks, the oven still does not work, send for your local Zanussi
network service centre listed in the telephone directory, under «Z».
