Appendix 1 Upgrading to the "TgExportV470.xls" Multi-
This chapter explains how to upgrade the older version of the multilingualization.
Note:
- This upgrade is necessary when "Your Language" in an older version of the multilingualization tool that came with TG-
2000A has been edited.
Older Versions of the Multilingualization Tool
"TgExportV2.xls", "TgExportV4.xls", "TgExportV2.xls", "TgExportV430.xls"
"TgExportV440.xls", "TgExportV450.xls", "TgExportV460.xls"
- It is not necessary to perform this upgrade if you are using the multi-language tool "TgExportV470.xls" for the first time
after installing TG-2000A version 4.70. Use the "TgExportV470.xls" file as is. (Refer to chapter 5)

1. Preparation

Items required to perform upgrade
• Older version of multilingualization tool "TgExportV***.xls"
(The one that came with the older version of TG-2000A that has been used as a multilingualization tool.)
• TgExportV470.xls

2. How to Upgrade

[Procedure]
1. Open the "TgExportV470.xls" file
Use MS-EXCEL2000/XP to open an "TgExportV450.xls" file.
Enable macro when prompted to display the Dialog box shown above.
2. Click the "Upgrade from old ver." Button
The Open File Dialog box opens.
3. Select the files to which multi-language support was applied under previ-
ous versions of the system, and choose "Open."
The upgrade begins and the Please Wait Dialog box is displayed.
4. Click the OK button
Once the Upgrade is Completed Dialog box appears, click the OK button.
5. Save the "TgExportV470.xls" file
Note:
- After upgrading, create a new multi-language section.
- There are add-on portions to the existing sheet portions, including new sheets. Make sure to check all sheets for this
reason.
