at A1U2(21 ); see the following figure for typ ica l waveform:

If the 10 MHz reference oscillator signal is not present, check A1Y1, Q2, and Q1 .

8·86. To verify the proper operation of A3/A4 Input Amp lif ier, apply
a
10 M Hz sine wave at
25 mV rms ("70 mV pop) to INPUT A w ith 5315A/ B in
COM A.
Referring to A3/ A4 schemati c
diagram, Figure 8-8, check that the proper waveforms exist at each channel output (Test Points E
and J) per the following examples.
If
either is not present, use the examp les to trace the signal
back.
