• Keep in mind that the hazard warnings in this manual or on
the product cannot cover every possible case, as it is
impossible to predict and evaluate all circumstances
beforehand. Be alert and use your common sense.
• The maintenance procedures to be taken by the user are only
those described in this manual. Carry out the maintenance
procedures with a clear understanding of them. Do not
perform any step other than described in this manual to
prevent occurrence of possible failures in the instrument and
personal injury.
• After installation of the instrument, do not relocate it as the
finely adjusted optical mechanisms may be affected by
possible shock during relocation.
• Be sure to follow the operating procedures and usage
described in the instruction manual.
