If a fault is noticed in the AID, take a remedy with reference to the following table.

4. TROUBLESHOOTING

NOTE:
If the instrument should incur a trouble, be sure to
contact service office of our sales representative for
repair. Anyone other than our trained service
engineers must not attempt repair, as it could be
hazardous.
Probable Cause
Faulty operation of
instrument or circuit board
Error in communication
1. Failure in CH setting
(other detector
overlapped with CH)
2. Power not supplied to
AID
3. Faulty circuit board
1. Analog signal line not
grounded
2. Faulty circuit board

Remedy
Try turning on power again.
If the error recurs, contact service
office of our sales representative.
Check the connection with
chromato-data station (CDS), and
try reconnection with CDS.
1. Turn power off and correct the
CH setting.
2. Check the wiring connection.
3. Try turning on power again.
If fault is not corrected, contact
service office of our sales
representative.
1. Ground the line correctly.
2. If fault is not corrected by
shorting the AID analog signal
input, the circuit board may be
faulty. Try turning on power
again. If fault is not
corrected, contact service
office of our representative.
